Don't forget to log in to xtramath.org at least three times every week. New week always starts on a Saturday!
Your goal is to get 90% of the problems correct each time. ( green dot by your name)

Tuesday:  Signed Math tests due back.
Wednesday:

Friday: Topic 2 math test next Wednesday. Lesson One Science test next Thursday. EARLY DISMISSAL Be at the bus stop or school 15 minutes early!

NEW YORK STATE map projects
Due Oct 11th!
(only 18 x 24 in size, poster sized not 8 1/2 by 11. I believe that is about half a sheet of oak tag)
Don't forget to begin with the end in mind and get a head start!
Do not glue a picture of a map on poster paper, do not type out words for your child...they need to put their best effort into a project. Research proves that writing things done improves comprehension and memory. You can help them sketch the out line but let them be creative with how to present. Several examples were shared in class!
